Week 4 Concentration pictures so far.

The only problem now is that most of these photos don't connect and I am unsure of what I am going to stick with and finish. I want to work with color so I am definitaly going to get rid of a good portion of these photos.

  1. Hi Hallie,
I want to apologize for not commenting on your work weekly. Somehow I didn't get your page on my original list. I think you have an idea with a lot of potential for intriguing imagery. You might want to think of a personal connection to the passage of time. Are you fascinated by the passage of time? Scared of it? Neutral? How do you feel about aging and decay? Is time a positive or negative force or both to you? I would try to go beyond simple shots in a sequence and try to tell us a story about the passage of time and its effects. The rose images are clearly about decay. I like seeing the process and "evidence" of time in the painted images. These two to me go a little deeper than just a sequence of action shots. Keep going with this exploration! You're clearly trying out a variety of perspectives on this topic.
